It's like i'm on fire and that's because i'm in a better shape.
When i tried for the first time after a really long time to go for walking, as i used to back to 2020 at the second quarantine, i was too tired within the first 30 minutes and i spend the other 30 minutes to sit on bench at a park. The point was to walk for straight one hour which i wasn't able to do.
Today though i did walk for one hour, i sit on a bench just a few minutes to catch my breath and drink water.
I continued my walking and i saw that i didn't have much water left so i walked as fast as i could for buying a bottle of water. I was far from the stores and i had to go at the center which i did.
That moment i thought to return back home because 1 hour had already pass, but i kept going of my walk. I did and a second stop by sitting on bench and drink a lot of cool water.
I knew that i did my best but i kind of ruin it by eating 1 scoop of ice cream and then i returned back home which in total i did 1.5 hour of walking.
On Sunday i'll check my weight because i'm curious of what i did the last few days and also i have many weeks to check it.
