Hello there!!
I was out for walking for almost two hours straight and it was awesome!
Lately i'm going out for walking but not only for one hour, it isn't enough for me. My goal is to walk for straight two hours of fast walking without any break.
So far i managed to walk two hours straight but in a slow mode of walking. Everytime i am out, i try to do one step more to achieve my goal.
It's not about my weight (yes i still need to lose 1-2kg for my clothes to have better fitting on me), it's about to build my duration of energy and that's more important.
