Started off a bit slow this morning, like my legs were still half asleep. Took a few minutes of easy jogging before things loosened up. The streets were quiet, just that early light and a couple of familiar faces doing their runs.
Did a mix of steady jogging and short runs, nothing too intense but enough to feel it. Somewhere in the middle I thought about cutting it short… but kept going anyway. Ended up closing in around 16,000 steps by the time I got back.
Not every day has to be a big push. Sometimes it’s just about keeping the routine alive and letting the body find its own pace.
