Energetic day folks,
Didn’t expect the weekend to turn this active, honestly. Stepped out for a relaxed walk, just to get some fresh air, but then I started jogging a bit… then stopped for stretches… then ran again. It kept going like that, switching things up without really planning anything.
Spent some time just moving around, no rush, no fixed route. Those little running bursts in between actually made it more fun than a straight session. By the time I finally slowed down and checked, I’d crossed 23,000 steps, which felt a bit unreal for a “casual” day.
There’s something about weekends that makes movement feel less like a task and more like just being out there.
