Woke up thinking I’d just do a short round and be done… but yeah, that didn’t happen.
Started with a chill walk, kinda shaking off the sleep. Then a light jog crept in, and before I knew it I was stopping near the park to stretch a bit. After that, a few random running bursts—no timing, no plan, just moving whenever it felt right.
At one point I almost headed back, but something about the quiet weekend vibe made me keep going. You know that feeling when you’re already a bit tired but still don’t want to stop? That was me today.
Checked my steps later—26,000. Way more than I expected.
Funny how unplanned sessions end up being the most satisfying.
