Good day folks,
Woke up a bit stiff today, so I told myself I’d keep it easy… just a walk and head back. But once I got outside, that usual thing happened—I didn’t feel like stopping at just walking.
Started slow, then eased into a light jog after a few minutes. Stopped near the park for some stretching, nothing structured, just working through the tight spots. It actually made a difference, felt lighter after that.
The rest of it was a mix—walk a bit, jog a bit, repeat. No pressure, just moving.
By the time I got home and checked, I’d hit around 13,000 steps. Not huge, but honestly it felt like a good reset more than anything.
Some mornings aren’t about pushing hard, just getting the body back on your side.
