Almost convinced myself to skip it this morning… but something nudged me out anyway.
Started with a slow walk, kind of dragging my feet at first. The body felt tight, so I didn’t rush it. After a few minutes, I eased into a light jog, nothing serious, just enough to get the rhythm going. Stopped midway for some stretching—honestly needed that more than I expected. Came back alternating between walking and jogging, just keeping it steady.
Checked later and saw around 12,000 steps. Didn’t feel big, but it felt right.
Not every day is about pushing hard. Sometimes it’s just about not breaking the chain.
If you’re hesitating today, don’t overthink it. Step out, even if it’s slow—you’ll thank yourself later.
