Body said âslow downâ today, so I actually listened for once.
Been feeling under the weather since morning, low energy, heavy head⌠the kind of day where even getting out of bed feels like effort. I skipped the usual outdoor routine and just stayed home, but I still didnât want the whole day to turn into lying around completely.
So I ended up doing small walks around the house here and there, stretched a little, moved whenever I could. Nothing serious at all, just trying to keep the body active without pushing too hard.
Only managed around 6K steps, but honestly, on a sick day, Iâll take that as a win.
Sometimes consistency also means knowing when to ease off instead of forcing a full workout.
Anyone else trying to balance rest without becoming completely inactive?
