Day 4… and yeah, this one didn’t go as planned.
Went out in the morning trying to keep the challenge alive, started with a light walk and mixed in a little jogging after warming up. Did some stretching too because my legs felt unusually heavy today. I could tell pretty early that my energy wasn’t really there, but I still tried to push through for a while.
Ended up stopping earlier than I wanted and finished the day around 6,800 steps. Not gonna lie, seeing the streak break this quickly was a bit frustrating after starting strong.
But maybe this is part of the challenge too—not disappearing after one off day. I’d rather have an imperfect routine than quit completely because one day fell short.
Back at it tomorrow. No restarting, no excuses.
