Funny how one better day can completely change your mindset again.
After missing the target yesterday, I honestly thought today would feel heavy too. But once I got outside, things clicked differently. Started with a relaxed morning walk, eased into jogging after a while, then stopped for some stretching while the sun was just coming up. The body felt way lighter compared to yesterday, so I kept going instead of checking the time every few minutes.
One loop turned into another, then another 😄 By the end of it, I’d crossed 16k steps without really planning to.
Yesterday reminded me that bad days happen. Today reminded me they don’t have to define the whole journey.
If you slip up one day, don’t turn it into a reason to stop completely. Just show up again the next morning.
