Day 7 already… and somehow the first week went by faster than I expected.
This morning started pretty normal with an easy walk while everything was still quiet. Kept it relaxed, mixed in a bit of jogging, and did some stretching along the way. Felt good, but I thought that would be it for the day. Later in the evening, I stepped out again just to clear my head and squeezed in another jog.
That “short evening jog” turned into one of those just a little further situations 😄 One extra stretch became another round, one more round became a longer route. By the time I checked my steps at the end of the day… 20k.
A week into this challenge and I’m noticing something: consistency isn’t just building fitness, it’s changing how I think. Moving is slowly becoming the default instead of something I have to convince myself to do.
