Didn’t expect Day 9 to turn into one of the biggest step counts so far 😄
The morning started pretty normal — quiet walk, light jogging, a bit of stretching near the park while trying to wake my legs up properly. I thought I’d just hit the challenge target and move on with the day. But by evening, my head felt crowded, so I went out again for another jog instead of sitting around scrolling on my phone.
Honestly, that second session changed everything. The air felt cooler, the roads were calmer, and I just kept going longer than planned. One more street, one more turn… you know how it goes. Ended the day crossing 20k steps without forcing it.
I’m starting to understand why people say movement clears the mind. Some days the walk helps your head more than your body.
