Day 13 somehow started lazy and ended strong.
I went out thinking I’d just do enough to hit the challenge target and come back. Started with an easy morning walk while everything was still quiet, then slowly added some jogging once my body loosened up. Did a few stretches and basic exercises midway because my legs were feeling a bit tight from the past few days.
After that, I threw in a couple of short running bursts… and that’s where things changed 😄 The energy picked up, the mind got clearer, and I stopped checking how far I’d gone. One extra round turned into a longer session than expected.
Finished the day around 16k steps, which honestly felt pretty satisfying after the slow start.
This challenge is teaching me that energy isn’t always something you wait for. Sometimes movement creates it.
Day 13 done 👣 If you’re struggling to start today, don’t think about the whole workout — just focus on getting out the door first.
