Day 16 felt less like “exercise” and more like just staying in motion all day.
Started the morning with the usual routine — a relaxed walk, some light jogging, a few running bursts, then basic exercises to loosen things up. The body felt a little slow at first, but once I got moving, the stiffness faded away gradually.
I thought the morning session would cover most of my steps, but the evening added more than expected. Went out for some shopping and ended up walking around way longer than planned 😄 Funny how carrying bags somehow still counts as cardio.
By the end of the day, I’d crossed around 12k steps without really forcing anything.
One thing I’m learning from this challenge is that staying active doesn’t always need to look like a workout. Small bits of movement throughout the day add up more than we think.
