Day 17 nearly slipped away from me.
One of those busy days where everything keeps piling up, and suddenly it’s evening before you even realize it. I still managed to get out in the morning for a walk, mixed in some light jogging, and did a few exercises to keep the streak going, but the whole session felt rushed compared to the last few days.
I kept thinking I’d make up the remaining steps later… but the day had other plans 😄 Ended up finishing around 8k steps, so technically missed the 10k target again.
Honestly though, I’m trying not to turn one off day into a full reset mentally. Life gets messy sometimes. The important part is that I still showed up instead of skipping movement completely.
Day 17 done — imperfect, but still part of the process.
Anyone else finding that consistency gets hardest when life gets busy, not when workouts get hard?
