After yesterday’s messy schedule, today felt like getting the rhythm back again.
Kept things simple this morning. Started with a calm walk, then mixed in some light jogging once the body loosened up. Added a few short running bursts and basic exercises in between, mostly just trying to stay active without overthinking the session.
Nothing dramatic happened today, honestly. No huge distance, no crazy energy boost… just steady movement from start to finish. And maybe that’s why it felt good. By the time I wrapped up, I’d landed right on 10k steps — challenge target secured 😄
I’m realizing consistency isn’t built from perfect days stacked together. It’s built from recovering quickly after the imperfect ones.
Day 18 complete ✔️ Only a few more days left now. If you’ve fallen off your routine recently, don’t wait for motivation to magically return — restart small and rebuild from there.
