Hi Guys, good evening. I'm very happy to bounce back after months of being away. Today, I started my day by going out for a walk, I have some group of friends that walk with me on Saturday morning. after the walk, I took a cool water bath and continued with the house chores, which took some time before I ate breakfast. I rested for a while before going to hand out with a relative.
