Friday started with me in garden doing minimal walk. I was supposed to take cycle but had plans to move to nearby mountain and location on Sunday and in that I won't be able to do much.
I also thought I should take breaks walk and resume to office work. But screen addicted people like me have excuse issues. I hope to change that. So far the office routine has been going difficult.
In the order in which things are lined up I hope to do some health testing and get myself checked up. I had vertigo issues which I am supposed to check and avoid future health issues.
I may also have to plan the sugar less foods and morning ajwain drink which would balance my health a bit more. Life needs order and this chaotic bachelor life would take huge toll. This is I am fixing.
I know 5k is not a big number but I have to minimum for my health and keep going ahead with result. As age moves ahead so should results. Happy weekend!
