I started walking from office to nearby garden. We had few changes on road so the traffic was routed so I got enough empty roads to walk through. More road to walk more calories burnt.
I know most of you find me lazy as I have not reached 10k steps yet. But my weight gain, depression and sleep patterns are improving small amount so I don't feel like doing anything more. Instead I keep walking and let the counter move.
I have to get back to salad and other similar routine which would get my stomach to not get upset. IBS is kind of a thing that I had to adjust to. Over a period of time it has got severe and harder to fix. Changed a lot of diet.
My grand scheme with health has been strong issue. But hopefully things change. I will try hitting 10k but hopefully that doesn't hurt my office routine. I will update this space if I improve.
