It's been few days I didn't do much of the movement. Mostly because I had issues with time and routine. I managed to make my routine normal before I could get back to this post.
I also managed to reduce issues with office people. My routine often led to conflicts. And I had to change many times to avoid people who used cause conflicts. But that didn't changed.
My diet and change of walking plans now allow me to count my steps and also the streak will be back. I know it would take efforts. I also have to remember to post.
With routine and my office shift changes Daily posting has to resume now. When routine goes proper I can build over what I can have in that which is 6k daily steps minimum. And of course post dinner walking too.
Managing anger and routine is the plan. If everything goes right you can see it would bring some stability for me.
