I walked around 1600 kilometers in 2024. Lost unwanted weight and now I stand, weightwise, exactly where I was in 2022.
I expect better things in 2025. I have decided to break down my fitness expedition into three parts:
- Walk until March end and work on my core muscles.
- Start jogging April onwards for the days are longer and no more cold. The sun rises early and the days are longer.
- Start running May onwards and prepare my body and mind for some treks that I have planned for this year.
So far I am on the right path. I shall keep using this blog as my journal to record my journey.
I hope I am able to close all these rings by year end.
