Yesterday, December 1st, we started the last month of the year with a great walk in addition to 9,000 steps.
Early on I got active and went for a walk to my favorite place called Paseo Verde.
After breakfast and returning home, my wife and I went to do the necessary shopping for the fortnight.

Ayer primero de diciembre iniciamos el último mes del año con una gran caminata además de 9000 pasos.
Desde temprano me activé y salí a caminar a mi lugar favorito llamado el Paseo Verde.
Después de desayunar y regresar a la casa nos fuimos mi esposa y yo a hacer las compras necesarias para la quincena.
