Today was my first day of this working week, because yesterday, Tuesday was my weekly off-day. During the duty time, we, two GP doctors, have to manage three things; consulting patients at our chamber, examine those people who come for the visa medical tests and taking the PCR samples. Today I consulted 27 patients, examined 12 visa medical people and took the samples from 4 people.
Among the patients I consulted at the chamber, during morning shift, one housemaid came with the history of fall and getting hit in the back of her head. Following the injury, she vomited 4 times. Although, she came walking and seemed fine, I strongly advised them (she came with two Omanis) to do one CT scan of the head to rule out any internal bleeding. They went to a higher centre.
