A picture and its message
Look at the following picture. Can you count how many vehicles are seen in the picture? Those private vehicles are of the surrounding 2-3 houses. Every household has multiple cars; maybe one car per adult person (men and women). Some of them may have more than one car; one for short distance travel, one for long distances. Again, besides the individual car, they may have a big family car to travel together!
While this part of the world has a huge amount of wealth to enjoy a luxurious life, some other parts of the world are dying from hunger! Interesting, within this abundant wealth, we sometimes find some needy people begging for some money in the mosque; some dark spot in a brightened area!!
Such an inequality!!
Physical activities
On Friday morning, I cycled for over 10 km.
According to the Samsung health app, for the 5th time, I cycled 100 km!
After office duty, I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes.
Chamber works
On Friday, I consulted 41 patients in my chamber. All were routine cases, Alhamdulillah. In the visa medical section, 9 people came for a check-up.
Islamic knowledge seeking
I listened to a lecture by Dr Yasir Qadhi. It was about the departing journey of a righteous soul after his/her death. Our beloved prophet Muhammad PBUH told us about the journey in a long hadith. Dr Qadhi gave his lecture from the hadith.
After death, the journey of a righteous soul and a wicked soul is quite opposite. In the lecture, you can learn about one part only.
Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
