Today was surprisingly good weather. A few clouds but overall warm and most importantly dry.
So, I put my hiking boots on and my earbuds with an interesting podcast on (at the moment I'm listening to a backlog of modern wisdom episodes mostly about AI) and started a 2 hour tour through Hannovers nature.
I came across very wrll tended allotments and a big sunflower field near a train track.
Upon further investigation, I found three bee colonies, that were put there just for the sunflowers.
In spite of the bees, I ventured to snap a close photo of the flowers.
All in all a great way to start the day. Almost 12 km and 18k steos before 9 o clock.
