Since it is the rainy season, many have come out to see the beauty of the Queen of Nature. For the last two years, I have been touring the Western Ghats during the monsoon. (There is a post)..Now it is the turn to see the beauty of the Vindhya Mountains. So on August 15, I went on a two-day vacation to see some famous waterfalls in Panna, Satna and Rewa.
I started the journey from Kanpur (current address). On the first day, I saw Brispati Kund and Tulsi waterfalls.. Overnight stay at Satna MPT. The next day, I saw Purwa, Chachai, Keoti and Bahuti waterfalls which can be easily seen from Satna. After seeing them, I headed straight home. How will you see them: If you want to see these waterfalls, you can come to Chitrakoot or Satna and rent a car and see them easily.
The tourism hotels in both places are great in one word...you can also see Kalinjar Fort and Garhkundhar Fort...you will remember these two forts for the rest of your life if you see them (I will post about these two forts later). Many people see Brispati Kund when they come to Panna for safari. But the real beauty is found in the monsoon. These waterfalls are less visited by tourists and are filled with locals.
