It was my office Monday so I didn't really get any movement done during business hours. Luckily my son kept me busy with his excitement about Christmas decorations. So we entered yet another day of preparations, went for a walk to gather material for a wreath.
In the evening I put on an audiobook and practiced juggling for another hour. Finally up to ten throws every now and then but still keep dropping them because I throw them up with inconsistent force.
That makes me walk one or two steps every few seconds and gives a nice boost to the count. And I have the feeling I move enough during juggling to get a few counts as well.
