Hello Dear Actifitian!!

I Hope everyone is well and good
As it was working day, I tried to get off the bed earlier but because of late night TV shows, I couldn't wake up earlier. In fact I was so late that I just freshened up, and had breakfast in just 15 minutes to reach office timely. I didn't get chance to walk or run on my running track today. So much disappointed with my procrastination. I woke up at 0730, got ready by 0745 and reach at the office at sharp 0800 Am in hurry.
As there was not much work today at office. Mostly, I gets 20 mins of break once I start the analysis of samples. In this plethora of time, I decided to start a much awaited 📚
Book called "IKIGAI by Garcia and Miralles". I started it and I just loved its writing. Will be willing to complete it as soon as possible. The books is about how a human being can live long like as the Japanese people live.If you look at the below picture, there is painting (which I have made) below the book.
As the office is just 3 to 4 km away from my home, I usually come over to have fresh lunch in the break time.
I reach home at 2015 hrs, freshened up, had a dinner 🥗🥗 and then went to the terrace for light walk as usual. It was fun. The day passes by like that on workings day. Meanwhile, I completed 8k steps, second highest so far, and then we went back to home. Afterwards, We have seen fifth epicode "Aspirant" web-series. It's so good and must watch series who are preparing for civil service exams.
