Today I came at home 08:00 hrs from night shift duty. Then i fresh up and had breakfast. After that I started surfing net and write some blogs over steemit. After lunch, I had power nap of 3 hours. We went to city for some shopping and came Back home at 19:00 hrs. Then we
Went up on terrace and walk there untill 10k steps.
