It feels to be back with my usual morning routines, i do home workouts without havung to hit the gim, and so far my physique as improved greatly...
If you've been a homeworkout kinda guy you will understand the feeling when you feel so good about what you've done ...
Alright i don't do much really but the little i do makes me feel good, get me in the mood, and everything perfect....
What i do is do more of push ups amd seat up, i started by doing 20 push up at a go and gradually increase that number, adding one step ahead, now today i can do 40-45 at a go, full lengths push up.....
After that i do my seat up up or don't know what you call it , i use my plast chair place it close to the wall, then i stretch my both hands backwards on the seat while i go up and down pushing myself up...
This has greatly help with my chest out and arms muscle and the shoulder level close to the neck....
The essence of home work out cannot be overemphasized, it's some basic routine you just do at home with out the help of any equipment and it helps a whole lot i tell you ...
