Yesterday I went to the gym after quite a few weeks. I still have lower back problems but wanted to move around a bit, do some streches and decompress my spine a bit. And boy oh boy 😬 when I went up on these dip bars and just held the top possition my back cracked 😅 saw a video on youtube how gravity is good at decompresing the spine. It sure is 😅
