Did a chest focused workout today. I managed to come down with the bar and work on doing 3 second holds before exploding up. The hold helps get the muscles use to being in that position which aids in a much faster explosive motion when not holding the bench bar down by sternum before exploding up.
Followed up with some basketball afterwards. I missed so many lay ups! Though I came around and scored the last two points to win the game!
