Namaste 🙏 my dear friends today I am sharing 5050 steps count, due to off day I was little lazy to do exercise.
Now we discuss about exercise boosts our energy, if we do regular exercise or physical activities , than your muscle strength and your strength will increase.
Now it's depend on you that how much time your are spending on exercise or on playground to play football or any other game, this type of games also a part of fitness activity.
