Today I saw a rich man's mind at noon. I wanted to eat koi fish. I went to the market. Local koi. Usually, you can't get local. I got a good deal. Before I could ask the price, a gentleman asked the price. 550 taka per kg. The man hadn't decided whether to take it or not. I told the seller, "Brother, keep the price a little lower. I'll give you 400. Give me half a kg."
The gentleman who asked for the price looked at me and said, "What's the matter, don't you see? I'll take it."
I said, "You haven't said whether you'll take it or not."
The gentleman got angry. He said, "Why did you ask for half a kg? I'll take more."
How strange. If you take it, why are you telling me this?
Now the shopkeeper said to him, "Brother, he'll take half a kg. What's the problem? I'll give you more."
I don't want to argue with that man. Because I've given up this bad habit for at least a couple of years. Still, I feel bad.
