Breakfast was avocado toast with hard boiled eggs. Went to the trail and walked a half a mile. Went shopping lunch was fried chicken with beans and veggies. This over rice. Dinner was grilled cheese and then we drove up to new Philly to drop my wife at her quilt guild meeting. Anyway, thanks for reading.
