Today I began a new week at work, and homeschooling our kids, all while starting a new workout regime.
Here's to living life to the full.
Today's workout invovled upper body, and core.
We did alot of planking should taps, pushups and weighted curls, hitting both the biceps and triceps.
It was light weight but immediately after I could feel the burn.
