This morning I walked 4 km with a light warm-up. In the afternoon, I kept my body active by taking occasional stand-up breaks between office work. In the afternoon, after dinner and before bed at night, I completed 10,000 steps with exercise and some stretching. Today's goal was just to increase the number and keep my body active and my mind healthy. Finally, I succeeded, completing the 10,000 score.
