Saludos amigos míos hoy en horas de la tarde-noche me fui con un gran amigo para salir a despejar la mente haciendo una caminata de 15 kilómetros aproximadamente desde mi casa hasta el centro de la ciudad, una duración de casi 2 horas pero muy buenas para empezar a ejercitarnos ya que por poco tiempo libre full de trabajos pues tenemos más de un mes sin entrenar pero pronto, estamos empezando bien, aveces no es que uno sea inconstante sino que aveces los deberes y trabajos ocupan el mayor tiempo y hay que aprovechar siempre el trabajo cuando hay porque hay veces que no hay caos y no se genera mucho.

Greetings my friends today in the afternoon-night I went with a great friend to go out to clear my mind by taking a walk of approximately 15 kilometers from my house to the city center, a duration of almost 2 hours but very good to start exercising since for a short free time full of jobs because we have more than a month without training but soon, we are starting well, sometimes it is not that one is inconstant but sometimes homework and jobs take up the most time and you always have to take advantage of the work when there is because there are times when there is no chaos and not much is generated.
