today is arms and shoulders day! yay!
but, it's my first after a 2 week break. everything feels so difficult. my body is still adjusting to my usual routine. but i just don't want to reduce weights, that feels like a downgrade to me.
gym is more of a battle between your body and mind; the body loses strength the moment the mind falters.
we are still getting there and we will get there someday.
today's routine
pull-up
barbell biceps curl
military press
dumbbell shoulder press
biceps curls
hammer curls
dumbbell front raises
dumbbell side lateral raise
tomorrow is another day on this fitness journey.
