Nothing special in terms of exercise but I went to the office and as I now wear a Fitbit and I synchronize it, Actifit is able to count every step I take, even the most mundane where previously I would not have taken the smartphone with me.
In other words I do not exercise more than before but Actifit is able to see more of what I was always doing.
