Yesterday I went to the open market and bought fresh cow milk and other nice things, including an ostrich egg. We had a friend over for dinner and we ate a small fraction of the egg as an ostrich omelette with mushrooms. There's still a lot of egg left, we'll probably be eating ostrich egg the whole week 😄
