Today at the gym I measured my progress in strength training. Good results so far, I'm continuing to load up on protein so I can seriously tone up. It's taking time, but I'm seeing results faster than I expected.
The fitbit seems to make a huge difference in counting activity! Pretty satisfying to have my workouts reflected as well as steps. Exciting stuff, I intend to channel that excitement into regularly meeting my goals!! Let's go!! 😤
