I'm surprised I got so many steps yesterday! I felt like I was being fairly inactive but I might just be really used to taking several walks a day at this point. Last weekend I netted about 20000 steps after hiking and I think that really highlights how much work goes into a count like that 😅
I've changed my workout so every workday I lift weights and do cardio, it feels good to be the kind of person who frequents the gym!
