Just trying this app if it makes me motivated to walk and run.
I have been busy with my job lately that I have been neglecting to become active. I am noticing an increase in my waistline and I get easily tired.
I found this app and I thought this might get me motivated. My first two days were of inconsequential number of steps. This is my third day and this is of much improvement. I hope I can keep this up.
