Yesterday was intense, tiring training. Today, Sunday, I find myself feeling incredibly idle. Despite being physically and mentally exhausted, I can't shake off this feeling of emptiness and aimlessness. All I want to do is lay in bed and do nothing but my mind races with thoughts of unfinished tasks and responsibilities. I should be grateful for the break, but all I can think about is how much more I could be doing. So I ended up walking around the house with nothing in mind like a zombie.
