Finally, after several days of trying, I was able to make time for a morning run! I used the Nike Run Club app and took advantage of Today's Run with Coach Bennett. I'm proud to say that I was still able to ran a total of 5 km in just a little bit over 30 minutes. I can feel myself getting closer to my goal of maintaining an average pace of 6 minutes per km, or completing 5 km in just 30 minutes. This is just the beginning, I can't wait to see where my morning runs will take me next!
