Hi fellow actifiters,
Another great day for a run. Today I am running the "Run with Headspace" through the NRC app. I was hoping that I could run with a pace of less than 6 minutes per kilometre again. Unfortunately, my body was not as good as I was expecting. It was just a little more than six minutes though.
This made me realise that I am still far from my goal of 5 minutes per kilometre pace. That's why I'm adjusting my goal to improve my endurance first before I increase my speed.
It's still a great and wonderful day. And I am grateful to have been able to do my morning run before going to work.
