It snowed again today, with sunshine occasionally peaking through and illuminating everything as if faeries waved wands across the snow. We are caught in an in-between place that is neither winter nor spring, and each day is a mix of both - alternating winter, spring, winter.
But the warm weather is on the way, so I hear! I hope so. The frogs are out, croaking in the marshes. The robins have returned, and are fat with worms. Oh, and I looked out to my little backyard pond the other day and the ice had finally melted off. And there was a squirrel taking a drink!
