It was a perfect summer day! My husband and I took a long walk out our regional trail to the marina. The trail is one of our favorites because it’s long and shaded and beautiful.
I’m always amazed it’s not crowded. We just see a few cyclists and dog walkers every few minutes. And we often see people we know. Tonight we saw some great friends out biking and caught up with some old friends out walking who used to live in our neighborhood.
I love the changing light and shadows under the trees.
At last we arrived at the water, which is where we usually turn around and head back. But first I always have to enjoy the boats.
