Hello, my friends! Autumn is showing its face now. I took a neighborhood walk to capture some of the trees and vibrant colors.
Before I share my pics, I just wanted to give a shout-out to 
The colors in the fall can be quite vibrant here. It depends upon a number of factors, including the amount of moisture in the ground and just when on the calendar we have the first “cold snap.” Whether we have bright cool days full of sunshine that illuminates them is yet another factor.
Some years we will have weeks of glory, and others will be a disappointment, with some short-lived color that all comes down in a rain storm!
So! I’m hoping this is the beginning and we will have many more days to come, with bright sunshine that brings the colors to life in all their glory!
For now I will take what I can get!
I do love the range of colors, from reds and oranges to lemon yellows and greenish yellows!
They are also quite pretty when they fall playfully and cover the ground with a fragrant, colorful blanket!
